Are all Azurina Pieces Leather?

All of our pieces are leather unless otherwise stated

How do I add my initials to my order?

On each product page, there is a Monogram drop down option. Click on this and you can add your initials, emojis or phrases and add choose your foil colour and decide where you'd like them. 
If you would like . between your mono then please check the add dots box (dots come between each character as standard when this option is selected). Please, please choose your personalisation carefully as no changes can be made after your order has been placed and the monogram will be printed how it is entered on site.

What if I would like a bespoke monogram for my order?

Do not fear even though currently it's an either or situation Emojis or Text on your chosen product, if you contact us directly before placing your order we can try and make your monogram dreams come true however big or small. If you have a specific time you need your bespoke pieces for please make sure to contact us before you order so we can check if this is possible. So get creative and drop us an email ateam@theazurinastore.com ( just FYI this is the quickest way to contact us NOT Insta DM)

I'm sending my items as a gift what can do you?

How cute of you. All of our pieces now come gift wrapped as standard and a personal gift note can be added at the checkout. 

Can I have my full name on my item?

Of course! Our standard character amount is 4, but dependant on the product, longer lowercase monograms are fine. Please note Luggage tags and key rings are limited to 3 characters due to their size.

Will you be restocking Sold Out items?

Absolutely! We cannot believe the rate at which so many of our favourite pieces sell out. Don't worry if you missed out most of our pieces will make a comeback. And as soon as they do we'll be letting you guys know via social and newsletters ASAP.

I have a discount code can I apply this?

Of course! Your code can be added into the discount box which is available at the checkout page on site. Only one code can be used per order though Hun so choose wisely! If you have any problems locating the box please drop our customer service team an email and they will be able to help.

I'm not happy with my order, what can I do?

If for any reason you are unhappy with your pieces pop us an email at ateam@theazurinastore.com. Please note while we do our best to ensure an accurate colour and shine is shown for each piece in alternate lighting some pieces can look different than the image shown on site if you have any questions regarding the colour or finish of a piece please get in touch with our team who will be able to advise further. Please be aware that due to the bespoke nature of monogrammed pieces, we do not accept returns as a general rule. If an item is damaged or faulty on arrival, however, do let us know. Please note due to the unique nature of the leather cut the design and pattern on all of our croc effect items will vary from piece to piece.
